unique jewelry pieces
Unique jewelry pieces are sold on eBay on the first of each month. The sales are usually in Buy-it-Now format and we recommend subscribing to our monthly newsletter for previews and sale start times. Jewelry pieces incorporating antiques and tribal artifacts are sold in auction format.
ordering custom jewelry
Please send an email to order@orangebabydolly.com with the following information:
- Description of the piece (please include the piece number if you are inquiring about a numbered piece)
- Company and sculpt of the doll for whom you are buying the jewelry
- Hand and finger to fit (for rings)
- Measurement (finger, arm or neck if applicable)
- Your Paypal address for invoicing
- Your full name and shipping address
- Desired shipping method
All jewelry is made to order. Please allow two to four weeks for completion. Invoices will be sent upon completion. We accept all forms of payment via Paypal.
If you are ordering a ring that requires a personal fitting, please note that we must have the doll hand in the studio. If we do not own the type of doll (or a pair of that doll type’s hands) you must mail a hand to us. All orders including a returned hand will be shipped by priority mail with insurance.

All orders are shipped within three days of receipt of payment.
Domestic shipping
- First Class with Delivery Confirmation: $3.50
- Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation: $6.50
Additional charge for insurance varies based on order total.
International shipping:
- First Class Parcel (no tracking or insurance): $4.00
- Registered Air Letter which includes tracking and insurance up to $100: $14.00
care of your jewelry
All orangebabydolly jewelry is guaranteed against breakage under normal use. We recommend regular polishing with a soft cloth to avoid any tarnish buildup which could leave marks on your doll. Jewelry can be sent back to the studio for repair at no charge and for cleaning at the price of postage.
